4 Island Street has three bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 guests and is located in the centre of Salcombe. It’s a short flat walk to the buzzing high street for your morning newspaper and croissant run, and only a stones throw from the waters edge to get paddle boarding or to pick up your crew for a day exploring the beaches.

The property offers quality family accommodation. Entering the cottage, the stone tiled hallway leads to the beautifully furnished sitting room with comfortable sofas, beanbags and television; a great space for relaxing at the end of a busy day.

This leads to the open plan dining and well-appointed kitchen area. The back door off the kitchen leads out to a small courtyard with an outdoor hot shower – the perfect place to wash off sandy toes and wetsuits after a day on the beach. There is also a garden bench, bistro table and chairs to use in the courtyard as a further area for entertaining.

Upstairs you’ll find an elegantly furnished kingsize bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds (only the lower bunks to be used for 2 guests) and a gorgeous family shower room. A further double bedroom has a glass door out to a decked balcony with views of Fish Quay, Shadycombe and the Batson Creeks. There is a wooden table and seating for six so you’ll be able to enjoy an alfresco meal, evening drinks, or the opportunity to read a book in the sunshine.
